Please join us in this new movement by either adopting your own community spot using the city Adopt A Spot Program or by joining us in one of our existing predetermined cleanup locations that we will be at on specific dates and times from month to month. where we will be picking up litter with trash grabbers and 5 gallon buckets and making a difference to help clean up the city.

This campaign is intended to continue year round as a reminder to all people, and communities, that you are not alone out there in your efforts in the fight against pollution.
We hope this will create a spark of opportunity for representatives and local residents of each district to participate in the campaign in one way or another to help clean up the city and improve quality of life of the environment and the people who live here.
The “Clean Up Count Down” will start over every year in March in District 10 and will proceed to do a cleanup each month in a different district at the same or a different location from the previous year in a counter clockwise district number countdown led with support by local community leaders from each district. We welcome any suggestions you have for a cleanup location, and if you’d like to take the lead on that location we can check to see if there is an available Adopt A Spot location there, and if so we can get in further contact with you and find out if you would like to be the contact person, and team lead for that location, and we can add a registration for that location to our campaign.
