Board Meeting Planning with Minutes – (Snacks / Presentation)

• Finish signing the adopted Bylaws on the last page with other signatures and for Board members to login to My Board View and Upload Head shot and short Bio
• We all continue to use facebook to post one group post per week, and work on Comprehensive List Items
• $30 Affiliate membership with Texas Counselor Association & or other associations
• Translate Campaign information and website into some Spanish

• Committee , ED Reports, Treasury Reports (Standing, other committees)
• Added a plug-in to our website that will allow the visitor to translate website
• We had our 5^th CUCD this Saturday 9am to 12pm at Oscar Perez Memorial and nearby
• New York Life has registered 17 volunteers for the next 2 months of the SACUCD and may donate $
• We are going to be doing some door walking and leaving our new door hangers when people not home
• We are going to have a Pre Jam and Street Revival Paint Jam 1 and 2 and maybe a neighbors together event
• We are going have 1^st ever City Problem Solvers Awards Dec 7^th at the WIndcrest Civic Center

• Talk about more branding and marketing strategies / and good ways to use social media and other technology for marketing purposes that would work and make it happen/ make joining CPS cool, hip etc
• We need to start getting Sponsorship, Private donations, Foundational Grants, Federal Grants
  People, and Organizations that we should reach out to for financial or any kind of support
• We need Sponsorships for award ceremony and for additional expenses of the W Houston Street Revival
• We need to get nominations for all the award categories and choose award winners as soon as possible
• We are going to try to get people of interest to attend our Award ceremony such as Michael Buble
• We need Liability Insurance for the W Houston Street Revival / the SA Cleanup Countdown
• We need to start cleaning up our adopt a spot locations that have been approved
