Homelessness Affects All of Us!

We need feedback to help with the homeless situation.

Do you think there should be a DAF to give financial support to registered homeless?
Do you think COSA should prohibit homeless people from soliciting people for money?
Do you think COSA should borrow more federal loans to support the homeless peopulation?
Do you think there should be a funded program to pay homeless people to clean up litter?
Do you think COSA should buy homes and pay for apartments for the homeless population?

Jurisdiction of Private Properties

How much jurisdiction should the city have over privately owned properties?
Would you be ok with new commercial or residential development in the area?
Should property owners be able to demolish and redevelop their own building regardless of historical designation?
Should COSA be required to fully compensate property owners for caused financial losses due to restrictions enforced?
Should the detention center or release stations be outside of downtown?
